By accessing or using BA Integrate's Business-Agent Integration Standard (BAIS) platform and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

BA Integrate provides an enterprise AI agent integration platform that enables businesses to connect AI agents with their existing systems using standardized protocols. Our Services include:
- BAIS API and integration platform

- Business system connectors and integrations
- Analytics and monitoring capabilities
- Technical support and documentation
User Accounts

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Payment Terms

Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during account setup. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.
Service Level Agreement
Uptime Commitment
- We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
- We will provide credits for qualifying service interruptions
Support
Technical support is provided according to your subscription plan. We will respond to support requests within the timeframes specified in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BA INTEGRATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BA Integrate and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any data or content you provide to the Services
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Fail to pay fees when due
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Pose a security risk to our Services or other users
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on our website
- Sending email notifications to registered users
- Providing notice through our Services
Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
